8 lanes alcohol pad machine

An 8 lanes alcohol pad machine is a high-speed, automated system designed for the efficient production and four-side sealing packaging of individual alcohol prep pads or swabs.  

 

Features:

1.High production speed: Machine offers a high output, typically capable of producing between 800 to 1000 pieces per minute (8 lanes outputting simultaneously).

2.Automated operation: The entire process, from unwinding the non-woven fabric to folding, liquid filling, sealing, and packaging, is completed automatically using a PLC control system and servo motors for intelligent and precise control.

3.Liquid application: A mini pump ensures consistent amount of alcohol is added to each pad.

4.Quality Sealing: The machines use a four-side heat sealing method, which ensures tight sealing to prevent any liquid leakage or bubbling.

5. Material Flexibility: They can process a range of packaging materials, including various compound films, aluminum, paper, and PE/PET/PP composites. They can also accommodate nonwoven fabric with a GSM range of 40-80g/㎡.
