PU Wound Dressing Making Machine

PPD-PUDM100

PU wound dressing making machine is mainly used for processing and packaging of nonwoven fabric dressing, PU waterproof dressing patch, wound dressing, self-adhesive sterile dressing, infusion patch, retention needle patch etc.
Machine adopts servo motor, PLC programmable controller and touch screen operation, intelligent control of the entire machine running, simple in operation.

Process flow:
Adhesive tape on machine → tape lamination and peeling → Water absorption pad roller cutting → pasting onto tape → Folding and laminating of left and right release paper → Roller cutting forming → Applying and pasting into bags → Automatic bag making, sealing and packaging → Output finished products

Features:
1. Continuous rolling cutting, lamination, forming cutting, and automatic packaging of tape, cotton, and release paper.
2. Double packaging material storage rack, suitable for paper+film and paper+paper bag making methods.
3. This machine can produce different sizes of patches by changing the knife mold.
4. Optional coding machine, automatically printing production date and batch number.
