Patch coating slicing machine integrates coating, laminating, and roll-cutting functions, meeting the requirements of hot melt adhesive coating, as well as simultaneous slitting, waste winding, and roll-cutting to produce finished products.The whole production line consists of four sections: coating, laminating, slitting and winding, and roll-cutting to produce finished products.
Features:
1. Roller-cutting facilitates mold replacement, enabling multiple products from one machine.
2. The machine utilizes a doctor blade coating head, ensuring precise glue application and highly uniform coating.
3. The unwinder is equipped with a manual web-straightening device to ensure even roll alignment.
4. The heater temperature is fully controlled by a high-precision temperature meter data module, ensuring excellent temperature control stability.
5. The coating thickness ranges from 0.3 to 3 mm, and the coating width can be adjusted to suit different machine models. The coated patch surface is smooth and even.
